AHC PRESSBURG s.r.o., Dvojkrížna 49, 821 06 Bratislava, Slovakia (company ID 35 754 265) operates UrinalIQ.com and is the controller of personal data described here. Contact: contact@urinaliq.com. MIUT is a fictional brand, not a separate research organisation.
Visiting the website
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. In doing so it processes connection information such as your IP address, request time, requested URL and browser information for delivery, security and abuse prevention. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this information to evaluate your intelligence or build advertising profiles.
Correspondence
The contact form collects your name, email address, subject and message. Required information is needed to answer the enquiry; without it the form cannot be sent. Enquiries are processed to take steps at your request before a contract where applicable (Article 6(1)(b)), or on our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). Please do not send health information or other special-category data.
Delivery and spam prevention
Submissions pass through a Cloudflare Worker and are sent using Resend to contact@urinaliq.com. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards that address to the operator’s Gmail inbox, where Google processes mailbox data. The visitor’s address is set as Reply-To. We use input limits, a hidden spam field and short-lived Cloudflare request counters derived from network connection information to reduce abuse. We do not maintain a separate database of submissions or log their contents in our application.
Retention
Enquiries remain in the delivery providers’ systems and our correspondence inbox. Our retention policy is to review and remove ordinary correspondence within 90 days after its resolution, unless an ongoing enquiry, legal obligation or the establishment or defence of a legal claim requires longer retention. Security records and delivery metadata are subject to the providers’ retention settings and applicable contracts. The 90-day inbox review is an operator process, not an automatic deletion feature of this website.
Providers and international transfers
Our service providers include Cloudflare, Resend and Google. Processing may occur outside the EEA. Where required, international transfers rely on an applicable adequacy decision or contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Provider details are available in their privacy notices: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy, resend.com/legal/privacy-policy and policies.google.com/privacy. We do not sell your enquiry data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to contact@urinaliq.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk) or your local supervisory authority. There is no automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.
Analytics, advertising and future features
This release has no analytics, advertising, Google AdSense or assessment accounts. Non-essential tracking will not be activated before an appropriate consent mechanism and updated notices are in place. The future assessment and certificate may require a separate update to this policy.
